'We pray that the IFES World Student Day vision will be caught up through the entire world.' These are the words of Emmanuel, who leads the IFES student movement in Ghana.
The annual IFES World Student Day of prayer is one of the ways in which we express our dependence on God and our unity around the world as the IFES family. This year World Student Day is on Friday 6 November – ONE DAY, but 48 hours from the start of the day in Tonga to the end of the day in Samoa.
'Across the Caribbean, our focus will be on the Middle East and North Africa region. Each student group will meet on the week starting 1 November to pray for them and give an offering for the work amongst students in that region.' Desmond, Guyana
'Here in Brazil, we want to do a lot of actions in the universities and churches.' Giovanna, Brazil
'In TCS Thailand, we would like to have a night of prayer in four cities in Central Thailand'. Johnny, Thailand
'We have sent out another worker from our church so we are right behind the work of IFES'. Rachel, UK
'We are celebrating at the beginning of November and on 7 November we will be gathering at a church to pray together.' Matthias, Gambia
'I'll also call the students in six groups in Chennai and inform about the World Student Day of prayer.' Alex, India
As students, staff and supporters across the world are getting ready for the IFES World Student Day, let us praise God for the partnership that is being expressed in this way. Please pray that together we will grow in listening and obeying to God's direction for the Fellowship, so that his Kingdom will advance amongst students, to the glory of his name.

ONE Day
Today Christian student groups are meeting in 152 countries.
Today millions of students do not know Jesus.
ONE DAY we want to see a dynamic gospel witness to students in every university - from Tonga to Tunisia, from Suriname to Samoa.
ONE DAY, IFES World Student Day - 48 hours from the start of the day in Tonga to the end of the day in Samoa.
ONE DAY when the IFES family can pray together for the advance of God's kingdom among students worldwide: students built into communities of disciples transformed by the gospel and impacting the university, the church and society for the glory of Christ.
Make the dream a reality and be part of something big: give ONE DAY to IFES!
