A Father's Love

Although Father's Day had past, but here, we still want to remind ourselves about our unfailing love from our Father, who are in heaven.

Just a short update on what we did in the last CF for the theme "Bapaku Yang Kekal". There were 5 groups and each group had to perform a short skit about Father's Love.

Every group did a great job. What they performed was to show how sacrificial and loving a father would do for their children, in spite of certain circumstances. 1 group related to the story of the Prodigal Son. Another group made us realize some of the things that our father had done and we as children failed to appreciate. Overall, the message was trying to prove a father's love.

Some of us might not been given the chance to experience our own father's love. But what we want to say here is that, there is such a love that never fails and that is the love that God had given us. He loves us like no other people does! In Jeremiah 31:3 says- "The Lord had appeared of old unto me, saying, 'Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee'."

Bare in mind, that God had also love us first. In 1 John 4:9-10, says- "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His son to be the propitiation for our sins."

So, dear brothers and sisters, take this time to reflect back on the love that our father and also God had shown us.
