Food, Laughter, Theme Talk

Hello there!
How was last week's food? Well, did you all have a great time eating, talking and getting to know one another? Do hope you did. There are a few captured moments last week below for those who missed out on it. Lots of food and laughter.

Well, this Tuesday (28th of October 2008) we won't be running Alpha in CF but we will be doing Theme Talk. So, if you are wondering what Theme Talk is all about a little preview of what its all about. The core of your existence. Its going to be beneficial especially if you have known the Lord for many years now. Its at H203 at 6.30pm. Do come and be blessed.

Alpha Course (http://www.alphamalaysia.org.my/) has already started last week Tuesday. If you like what we did last Tuesday then that is basically what Alpha is all about. And for those of you who could not make it last Tuesday and you are wondering what the Alpha Course is all about? Well it is a 10 week course that will be conducted every Wednesday from 7.00pm-9.10pm at H203-H204. (Language used : English and Mandarin) The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed and non-threatening manner over ten, thought-provoking weekly sessions.
It is low key, friendly and fun. You are not on your own either. More than 6 million people worldwide have found it a worthwhile experience, completing the Alpha course in churches, homes, schools, universities and prisons.

What to expect when you come?

Dinner :- Dinner will be provided at the beginning of each session which gives people a chance to get to know each other.

Talk :- After each talk we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the evening, ask questions and express opinions.

Small groups :- Listen, learn, discuss and discover. And ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile.
